Vegan Italian Sausage Rotini


Being a busy momma, I find myself always searching for quick and easy recipes that the WHOLE family will enjoy. Vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores alike all agreed on this dish!



Boil up your favorite pasta- I chose rotini.

Simmer some pasta sauce, tomato basil is my favorite!

Then I cut up a package of Tofurky Italian sausages, drizzled in some olive oil in a pan over medium heat  for 3-4 minutes.


Drain pasta and assemble pasta, sauce, and Tofurky sausages. We had lots since I used the whole package. Top with nutritional yeast for a “cheesy” effect.

Serve a salad or some yummy vegan garlic bread on the side and you have yourself an easy, comforting, winter weather suitable dinner!!
